1. Service Agreement
Our gardening services include a range of activities such as lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and landscaping. Upon agreeing to our services, a contract will be established outlining the scope of work, duration, and fees involved.

- Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Planting: Selection and placement of suitable plants.
- Pruning: Trimming and shaping of shrubs and trees.
- Landscaping: Design and implementation of garden layouts.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
Gardening Services Hoxton is not liable for any damage to property or injury sustained during the provision of our services, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.
4.1 Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect both our clients and our business. Details of our insurance policy can be provided upon request.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible and that any specific instructions or preferences are clearly communicated to our team. This includes removing any obstacles or hazards that may impede our work.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardening Services Hoxton operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

9. Termination
Both parties retain the right to terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

11. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content provided by Gardening Services Hoxton remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
12. Force Majeure
Gardening Services Hoxton is not responsible for delays or failures in service delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or governmental restrictions.
13. Amendments
Any amendments or additions to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.
14. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Gardening Services Hoxton, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
